Job Summary:  The role as the Manager is to facilitate an enjoyable and smooth guest experience and to generate sales and revenue for the company.  You will be fully responsible for everything that occurs within the resort operations.  You will also be responsible for ensuring all standards are maintained within our buildings, facilities and equipment, so our guests are provided with that welcoming and comfortable experience.   

Responsibilities:  Achieve resort sales targets and motivate team to achieve a high standard of customer service, a proactive attitude with customers is needed, with the ability to deal promptly with any issues when they arise, meet and greet customers on arrival, regular visits to customers to ensure their satisfaction of service, health and safety accommodation checks as well as regular checks to be carried out in line with our company standards and procedures, completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly, responsible for safekeeping and recording of all monies in resort, working with the team to maintain a clean and tidy building and facilities, facilitate the efficient and effective resort chalet operation, undertake chalet checks and monitor, manage and provide feedback to the chalet team concerning chalet standards, recommend training requirements to ensure efficient operations, deposit daily revenues as required and follow revenue check systems and procedures, inventory order and controls, other duties as required.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:   Must have basic book keeping skills, knowledge of Ski industry, able to achieve sales targets with previous successful sales experience, confident, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic with a good sense of humor, committed to achieving excellent customer service, good time management and organizational skills, ability to self-motivate and to work without supervision, experience of team management and staff motivation, Ski/Snowboard experience, experience of working within the food service industry, able to work well under pressure, good team player, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email, must have driver's license and reliable vehicle.
