Today, January 30, 2018, Ochapowace Lands dept closed a deal on a long negotiated land purchase of 13.5 quarter sections of land totalling 2042.13 acres, including 2 homes. These two homes will be allocated to our members through the Ochapowace Housing policy. This purchase will get us closer to reaching our TLE agreement. With the revenue generated , the land will pay for itself in years to come.
